WorkSource CSRA CNA training voucher

Email the board at WorkSourceCSRA@csrarc.ga.gov.

• You live in the board's service area (Burke, Columbia, Glascock, Hancock, Jefferson, Jenkins and 7 more counties)
• You are 18 or older, or 16 to 24 and not enrolled in school
• You are authorized to work in the United States
• One of these is true: low household income, recently laid off or hours cut, or receiving SNAP, TANF, SSI, or similar assistance

1. Book a WIOA eligibility appointment with WorkSource CSRA: call 706-210-2000 or use the website.
2. Bring the documents listed under requirements. The first visit is an eligibility screening, usually 30 to 60 minutes.
3. Ask for an Individual Training Account for Nurse Aide, occupation code 31-1131, and name the school you want. It must be on the state approved provider list.
4. The board issues the voucher in the school's name and the school bills the board. Plan on 2 to 6 weeks from the first call to an approved voucher.

• Photo ID and Social Security card
• Proof of address in the service area
• Six months of income records, or your layoff notice
• Selective Service registration if you are a man under 26
• A CNA program in mind that is on the Georgia Eligible Training Provider List
