- IV TherapyA skills course covering the principles and techniques of intravenous therapy, including venipuncture, site selection, infusion management, and safety practices. Prepares healthcare students to safely initiate and maintain IV access under their scope of practice.
- CPR/ BLSA Basic Life Support certification course preparing individuals to respond to cardiac and respiratory emergencies. Through classroom instruction and hands-on training, students learn to recognize emergencies, perform CPR, and use automated external defibrillators (AEDs).
Before you enroll
- Get the cost sheet. Tuition, books, supplies, exam fee, and any background check, itemized.
- Ask about the next two start dates. A voucher can take two to six weeks, so pick the class after your approval, not before.
- Ask if it is on the approved list. If not, the school can apply. Many small programs have never filed.
